Neelan Mahendran, the managing director of Fimcen, recently visited Sri Lanka to meet with his teams. This was the first time that Neelan had visited Sri Lanka since the pandemic began, and it was a great opportunity for him to meet with his teams in person and thank them for their hard work.
While he was in Sri Lanka, Neelan met with the SE and APS teams separately. The SE team had dinner with Neelan at the Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo, and the APS team had dinner with him at the XYZ Hotel, Colombo. Both teams enjoyed delicious food and conversation with Neelan.
On the second week of his visit, Neelan hosted a dinner for both teams at the Grace Kitchen Restaurant in the Hilton Hotel, Colombo. This was a chance for the two teams to meet each other and for Neelan to thank them all for their hard work.
The dinners were a great success, and they helped to build morale and camaraderie among the Fimcen teams. They also showed Neelan’s appreciation for his employees’ hard work.
