On March 10, 2022, all Fimcen team members were invited to the Renuka Hotel in Colombo, where Neelan was staying during his visit. The team members were given rooms and enjoyed the stay.
On March 11, Neelan delivered a speech on code of conduct and some motivational speeches for the team members and also he took some suggestions from the team. He then gave the floor to the team members, who gave presentations on various topics.
The team members were able to bond and learn from each other during their time at the Renuka Hotel. They also had a lot of fun and enjoyed the company of their colleagues.
